If it’s not headset it could be front hub bearings. Or BB. Or pedals or rear hub lol. One of them will 100% have play

I’m sure it’s your front wheel/ front bearings. I have the same problem but I ride it till the bearings die.

Check your headset bearings, and then your front hub probably has open bearings and I bet their loose

Turn your handle 90°, carry the bike by the saddle and pull/scratch your front tire on the ground by walking back. Then report if it ‘s the fuckiest sound you’ ve Heard.
