I think so. Those bikes hold their value better than most. Looks like a pretty big frame otherwise I’d consider it myself.

Time Alpe D’Huez 21 rim brake. Seller claims it is NOS (new old stock). In black I mostly see a [raw carbon layup](https://buycycle.com/en-us/product/time-alpe-dhuez-2168c0299ac5c35-10375). Also on the example I linked the UCI sticker is on the downtube. It being on the top tube is unusual. Since this is a high end climbing bike a raw carbon layup is a 100+ grams lighter than any colored paint. Though semigloss/low gloss black on black has been a trend that comes and goes. Do your due diligence. If you can get a serial number. It is usually on the bottom of the bottom bracket and see if Time is willing to verify the frame. Some high end brands do this because of the small but near constant supply of fakes.
