I’m looking to dip my toes into the Brompton world and rather then buy a brand new one I thought I’d try a cheaper used model to see if I can live with one.
I’ve found this for sale locally. From the start of the serial number (0912) I think it’s a December 2009 model. Looks to be 3 speed with H bars.
It’s been in storage for a while so it’ll need new tyres and a service but they’re only asking £450 for it.
I quite like the colour combo too. You don’t see many older models with black forks and rear triangle.
Is there anything in the pictures to worry about?

it looks okeish but i would offer less, as many place need replacing , there might be rust , and the most important its the pre 2017 model which still is a great model but every part is harder to come by.
