If you use it on trainer you can go cheaper (just pick the correct size) so you won’t be sorry when the frame will corrode because of sweat. The crankset and rear derailleur look like the Claris groupset which is kinda the cheaper, so in this case i think this is not a good price. Check something older too from other brands maybe from 2010, there are many nice bikes with better price.
