Is it normal for there to be this much space between the chain and chainring for a fixed gear? Trying to figure out why my chain drops going over a speed hump. Tension and chain line are all good.

tension will be different in different crank positions. find the crank position where the chain is the loosest and make sure it is not too slack. the chain should never drop on a fixed gear under normal circumstances.
