Hello Guys. At the moment I am riding my 2021 Cube Nuroad (Pro?) and I am in love. There are just a few problems:
-
the Stack is a bit to relaxed for me because of the frame size 56 (I’m 187cm).
-
the frame has a limited tire clearance with 45mm. I am running 50s at the moment and love every second in the woods but it starts to eat into the paint at the rear triangle.
So now I am thinking about buying a giant revolt advanced with 53mm? clearance but it seams to have a pretty relaxed geometry as well. Is it smart or even possible to get the giant in a size M or smaller and fit a long stem or would the seatpost stick out to much? Would love to hear your ideas!

Sizes differ from company to company.
Get a bike fit. They can also recommend you frames / bikes that work best for you. Everything else is just reading tea leaves. Your body is unique how should anybody else be able to tell you what bike geometry works best for your body.
Have you ever had a professional bike fit? Might be better to do that before throwing money at a new bike hoping it’s what you need.
My next bike purchase will be my biggest, and I’m certainly gonna get a bike fit before I do it.
It the stack is too low, you can flip your stem/buy a negative stem as well
I would stick with the Nuroad.

Both of these will feel a lot zippier
