Thanks for the post. Have the same, just one size plus – had been wondering about tubing quality, because mine is MTB whereas catalogue says Prestige (while catalogue lists LX parts and mine is full DX).
Long story short: two options in my head – either German market had better specs but lower quality tubing, or biggest size came in MTB for stability reasons.
Seeing yours it’s 1 – Germans seemed to like parts more than tubes (or the Yen had left its mark).
