Update on my classic bike project. Got the frame and parts cleaned and polished. I’m still looking for a wheelset and a 1″ Suntour headset. Can’t wait to get this bike up and running! Cheers!

Did u get frame chrimed/nickel plated?

Be very gentle with the hoods of those DA levers. They are very hard to replace, at least to find ones that fit perfectly. Excited to see the rest of the build!

Looks awesome! The shimano sticker, however, takes away from the elegance for me.
Also, I polished my chrome meticulously with the finest steel wool and it came back to like new. What frameset is that? It looks great and the Shimano decal is a nice touch.

Trying figure out who they were making frames for in the years of 7400 dura ace. Either way. That is a sick frame..

Great minds think alike. I just finished a full NOS 1st and 2nd Gen Dura Ace build on a 79 chrome panasonic frame..
