Just put a new tube in since I got a flat and this kinda just looks off. The first picture is of one side, and the second is the opposite side. That thread part just looks higher on one side than the other. Is it off and how do I fix it?

You are correct the spacing of that line above the edge of your rim should be even all around the tire you can try to move it around pull the tire from the side to side/massage it a little bit. Sometimes increasing the pressure slightly can help set the bead on the rim as well.
Send it then check again. Looks good.
