Literally posted in here yesterday how to do a hop bar, went out and just landed them today and can consistently do these ones. Things I’ve noticed and that I am already aware of; yes they look awful, barely any pop, cross arms when I throw but in time I will perfect them. When I Theo them they look exactly how I used to do pull up bars when I first started to do them, now I throw and leave my hand to catch if you get me. Massive shoutout to all the tips and advice you all gave me yesterday. The best one was to do the hop x-up first and as soon as I did that I was like oh shit, just be brave and do the extra rotation, and I did 😂🤘🏼
First ever hop bars (they look bad I know)

great start dude, dont stress too much on how they look and just trust the process, they will get better the more you do them, however the little mistakes can be corrected with ease.
to stop you from turning to the side with the whole bike try to look straight and keep your whole body straight, rhis means pull up straight and try throwing with one hand, it will help you a lot, also the higher you hop the easier it is to barspin, but can be scary. good luck 🙂
Nice 👌🏿
Proud of you for not smashing your knee
I got a friend that did his first couple of bars just like the one you did, and after a month or 2 he started getting them way cleaner and with a bigger hop so dont worry and keep goin
