Took off the Rudy fork and wrapped the top third of the original fork in red (it was lavender) to better match the bottle and tire branding. Then, removed the dropper and jacked the Roval Terra seatpost from my wife's Diverge to save 50g over the original Devox post.
Down to 21 lbs with a top bag of stuff and Favero MX-1 pedals.

Its cool but not really bikeporn. r/gravelcycling would probably be a lot more into it.
