Looks good to me since she's new to all of this and I would say this is a solid option.

Very good price, if it fits her. Don’t compromise on fit
Good starter, in the future you might want a second pair of wheels with road tyres already mounted, maybe 100€ for used wheels, 30€ for cassette and 40€ for tyres so not bad.
