Made it from a sort of a commuter bike equipped with Shimano STX (last photo), i replaced the wheels for ones with stronger rims and mtb Deore hubs, replaced the handlebars for a gravel 31.8 one, the stem is a 70mm, added 3×7 Shimano RSX shifters I had laying around (I may upgrade to 2×10 or 1×11 in the future) replaced the pedals for "half spd" ones, given it a fizik seat, and upgraded the brakes a little bit. It's very fun to ride, pretty fast and comfy, I really want to custom paint the frame tho because it's really scuffed

Very cool.
I’ve had good luck with nail polish, wet sanding, and then clear coating to repair scratches and chips. The clearcoat usually hides scuffs and abrasions really well too.
