That looks massive to me, not sure they’ve measured correctly. 58 would probably be borderline too big for you anyway so I’d be wary.
It’s an $80 bike, not something I would overthink. If it works, and can get you from A to B, it’s OK. Not sure what people expect for $80, or what is even the lowest amount one would pay for a bike.
This is my favorite of my 3 bikes. (Felt z6, felt breed advanced). This 1200 fits me like a glove. I converted mine to a modern dropbar/shifter set up, put 105 parts on it and black breaks. I have the black/green model.
