I am trying to pick out a bike for bikepacking in Alaska this summer. Looking at this 90s titanium bike. Is it suitable to build out a rear rack set up with 20L bags on side? I’m reading that these titanium models may not have rear mounts. Is it possible to still make it work? Any advice would help, I am so fresh and eager to figure this out. Thank you!

There are numerous options for racks without rear mounts like Aeroe and Tailfin although you may not get 20l capacity each side. There are also options to add racks on your front forks as well. You can get a pretty decent frame bag in there, plus handlebar bag, long tailfin top tube bag and will give pretty decent bikepacking rather than touring setup.
