I havent checked my bike in a few weeks, not sure why but my cassette was a bit rusty. I tried cleaning it and now it looks like this, I am not that experienced with everything so I am wondering wether it is best to replace it or wether it is fine?

That surface rust is extremely minor and 100% cosmetic only. If that is the only symptom you have of a worn cassette than you should ignore it.

If you arent having any problems shifting smoothly then its in good working order.
