Was putting my rear wheel back and the spacer just broke. I was using a torque wrench and it was still far from hitting the right torque. Everything seems fine. Wheels turn fine nothing wrong with the cassette. I was just wondering if it would be an issue?

That’s not a spacer it’s a rotor disc lock-ring. It’s what holds the rotor to the wheel on a center lock hub. Take the wheel off and the rotor will probably fall off. Obviously don’t ride it like this until you replace the lock-ring.
