Just picked up this lovely, I think all original, Schwinn Super Sport when I was at home visiting family. I bought it for $100 off an older gentleman in Ohio who acquired it from a long time friend who could no longer ride a bike for health reasons. I’ve had an old Fuji Sports 10 for years but I never ride it around town cuz it was always too big for me. I tend to ride bikes for exercise, so I don’t often use them as commuters (go fast bikes too $$$ to leave chained up places). This bike, however, has reinvigorated my love for biking around town. It’s a joy and a true beauty. It hd sole rough shifting when I picked her up but I’ve got it tuned up pretty well with a fresh new chain. Some new tires will be coming in the future but for now, just 🚴

It’s a pretty rare bike, even though it wasn’t the absolute highest tier, it was still the entry to the high tier

That is a great color. It is a teal that is mostly blue, with just the tiniest bit of green. It makes it really stand out!
I had one in the same color. I bought it in college in 1972.
