that dent you’re pointing to came like that from factory right? It appears so because its intended to give the chain more clearance. If it’s by design then it’s fine.
Looking at your rear tyre it’s pointing off centre a bit. Have you correctly aligned the axle in the dropouts or is the rear tyre out of true?
