I don’t know. I’ll have to see a picture of your backside 🤪. Sorry, couldn’t resist.

You could look for a carbon repair place, and get them to wrap the damaged section of the aluminum tube. That way it will be stronger than ever.

Take it to a trek dealer, you may be able to get a crash replacement discount on a new frame.

Take it to your local trek dealer. Just say you noticed this, don’t admit to crashing it over tightening the bottle cage (not that that would cause this).
Good chance you get some sort of warranty frame replacement.
100% chance at a minimum you get a crash replacement discount.
In cases that are ambiguous, Trek will side with the customer. Keep in mind this is a corporate thing, so if your local dealer isn’t a true Trek store, they may push back, but you can flag this to Trek and they will reach out to the store directly.

Any crack in a frame is too big of a crack to ride on

Not good.
Try coin tap test. If it won’t ring, its bad. Look up carbon coin test on yt.

On a side note, look how crazy thin those modern frames are, at the tubes at least. That’s like paper thin.

Ride that to the scene of the crash

I once saw someone’s down tube shear in 2. Aluminum derives all of its strength from its shape. If it’s dented or ripped, it’s over.
