I need to change my rear derailleur that broke and the derailleur cable. Since I’m at it, I am considering whether I should also change the rear cassette and the front chainring.
Based on the used condition, do you guys recommend me to change the gearing ?
I’ve never done it, these are 6 years old from when I got the bike. Probably have biked about 5’000km (or slightly more)

do you feel it’s too heavy on the uphills, or that it spins out on flats? if no, i wouldn’t change it.
Probably. Chain and cassette should probably be replaced, the chainring looks fine.
The dirt acts like sandpaper and wears the cassette down.
chainring looks good to me
the slow gears on the cassette are starting to show wear though, they look more “pointy” than the fast gears
