For some reason my bikes making this weird clicking noise especially on the fourth gear, i took a closer look and realised that when pedalling, the chain at the rear der is constantly being pulled back and back onto the casette (Dont really know how to explain it so i took a slo mo) Anyone know how to fix this?

Cable tension is either slightly too low or slightly too high; its trying to shift, but can’t really tell if its trying to shift up or down since it’s reseating itself immediately
The chain is jumping up a little. Try loosening your cable tension by turning your rear shift barrel adjuster a half turn in (CW from the perspective of the cable housing). If that doesn’t fix it or you have gears jump at different spots in your cassette then your derailleur hanger is likely bent.
Most likely problem is that the shifter needs to be indexed. Next likely problem is that the guide pulley got reinstalled backward or the chain was reinstalled backward. Another possibility is the chain is stretched and worn out Lastly and hopefully not the case is the derailleur hanger is bent.
