
Landed my first pull-up barspin and stoked on it, but it feels sketchy and inconsistent.
Looking for tips on how to get more control — timing, bar throw, or body position and how to convert this into a bunnyhop barspin.
Any feedback appreciated 🤙

i been trying to do pull up barspins and for some reason i can’t figure it out.
The shoes are only hurting your progress- start with the correct gear. Do this 500 more times and you’ll gain consistency. Grip the bars closer to the crossbar and you’ll be able to spin them a bit faster. Keep it up and keep having fun!
You are already there, just do it a thousand more.
