It looks terrific. But I have a very different question. If dropped seat stays or the GT triple triangle added flex and compliance, does this design – seat stays connecting above the top tube – make it more rigid? Was that a positive point for some steel frames?

Better than black. I have the same bike different year I think. I’ve gone back and forth on this myself but I’m all in on the tanwall DTH now.
