Can I claim warranty?

I purchased this shock a couple months ago and it has been making this noise since the day I got it. It has also had very little small bump sensitivity since new. At first I thought it may have just needed some time to break in but now I believe something more serious may be wrong with the shock. My question to you is whether or not I have a chance of getting it replaced through warranty.
