I was hoping for some advice on anyone in the western USA who might be able to help restore this bad boy. I bought it in an antique shop and feel like it deserves some expert care. I realize it's technically not a bicycle, but I assume someone adept at vintage bike restoration could handle this. All referrals appreciated.

What’s the reason for a restoration? Seems to be in good shape for it’s age and has nice patina. Restoring it will not add value but take it away in this case.
