The bike alone with shallow aluminium wheelset IMO is worth no more than $1000CAD. A new pair of ICAN 50mm wheel like [this](https://it.icancycling.com/products/carbon-road-bike-wheelset-alpha-50-pro) will be around $900CAD and an used aero helmet around $200-240CAD so if you buy an used wheelset instead of the above the total will be similar.
