Chain is as new as the cassette , the noise was with fresh chain with lube and the same with wax noise is on both front porch ing’s small and large but on the large one start at the 8 gear to make more noise and the small one starting at the 7th one , and if you are not appreciating from the video the chain are jumping a little bit at the bottom of the cassette πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

  2. This happens on trainers. Make sure everything is properly seated / tightened.

    Or, rather than adjusting indexing only to adjust it again for the real wheel, stay on a smooth working gear and use virtual shifting via your cyclocomputer or virtual riding software. Often you can connect both at the same time.

    Virtual shifting saves a lot of noise from mechanical shifting and even allows using an old worn cassette on the trainer (just pick a less worn cog).
