Convertible brake levers

Anyone know of brake levers that are convertible from short-pull to long pull, and black? I have this bike with front mechanical brake disc that is short-pull, and rear V-brakes long-pull, and don't want different levers for each side. I thought that maybe Avid Speed Dial could work, but I'm not sure the lowest setting is enough for short-pull brakes, and being the front brake, I need it working full power.
