Ferry from the UK to Saint-Malo. Across France, Bavaria, Austria, along the Danube to Budapest.
2019 All-City Macho King with Tailfin and Outer Shell bags. Took just over 3.5 weeks total with days off for rest and sightseeing. 1,500 miles.
It was a profound privilege.

Love to hear that… as a 25 yo student from italy I hope I’ll manage to do something like that in the future… we need at least a few big crazy adventures in our lives…
Amazing trip! I’m curious if after the adventure and stimulation of navigating on roads and across countries, the Danube cycle path was a bit under-stimulating for you? Or was it nice to have a long, flat cruise?
