I have a new 20” Colony and when the form t brake cable goes through the stem, it comes out the back of the forks and loops around to the front where the brake arms are. The cable is rubbing on the tire. The frame doesn’t have a guide it hanger for it. The only temp resolve was the use zip ties . I do need a new cable because it came with a kink that I’m sure you can see in the photo. But even with a new cable it will still run without the zip ties. Im a little rusty, so if I did something wrong go easy on me, this is my first flatland bike in 30 years.

Gotta run that cable loop far far tighter as a curve than what you are, it seems counter intuitive but it works fine and raises it up for clearance
Put extra lube on the cable inside the housing? Unless I misunderstood
the ‘diatech flexy’ allows you to get that bend a lot easier
