I bought this Stumpjumper 15 from a local bikeshop. I asked them to set it up tubeless. Every tubeless setup I’ve ever had used a valve with an external nut and a rubber base sealing against the rim. These, however, look like straight Presta valves with no nut or visible gasket, basically what I’m used to seeing with tubes.
Before I go and break a bead to check, does this look tubeless to you, or is there likely a tube in there?

just remove the core and stick a toothpick in there. You don’t need to remove the tire.
If you remove the core and stick a ziptie in it, is there tubeless sealant?
These are Roval Traverse HD rims, which have threads on the inside for a valve stem to screw into. The valve looks exactly like that, so yes, they are tubeless.
