Was cleaning my bike and I noticed this hole (top right) on my brake caliper that looked like it should have a screw/cap. My brakes are working fine but wanted to check. I've never touched that since I bought my bike. Maybe it was always like that, but it's making me a little nervous. My front wheel has a different model brake so I can't just compare the two.

Yes it should have a bolt in it.
Have a look for the other side. Can’t tell from this picture if there is nothing in there or if the bolt is just a little recessed
But if the bolt was missing the brake shouldn’t work, it’ll leak all the oil, unless it’s one of those crazy breaks that just keeps everything going miraculously
