Hi guys, I'm quite new to the sport and still figuring all out. Recently I've been starting to hear this clicking noise in my Stevens Stelvio 2023. The clicking seems to come from the stem, but I'm not quite sure.
It only happens when I'm pedaling and with the hands on the bars.
The fork is made of carbon, the rest is aluminium (not sure if that's relevant).
Any help is appreciated!

Your knees.
Headset lose?
Take off the trainer, hold brakes and rock it forwards and backwards, if there’s any movement you need to retension the headset
Some things that have made similarly annoying noises for me in the past:
– Seatpost clamp area. Grease it.
– Saddle rail clamp. Grease it.
– Bottom bracket, replace bearings.
– Pedals, replace bearings.
Dry seatpost or seatpost clamp.
The QR clamp on the trainer?
Crankarm hitting front derailleur
I had an irregular click recently. Ruled out seatpost, saddle, pedals, chain. I packed my BB with grease, no more click.
