So, don’t even ask how this happend, the cloth is like stuck in between as you can see in the photo, tried taking the cassette off, not even the cassette will come off, any thing I can do?

how did that happen?
Yank the bit that’s showing more at the top harder? Take it to a bike shop who can remove the cassette?
