  1. At a glance, too small.

You are sat far too upright for a bike of this style, and your seat is far too low – ideally you want your leg to be almost (but not quite) straight at the bottom of the pedal stroke, which would require you to raise your seat further. Unfortunately it looks like your seat is already going to be at or near the minimum insertion, so you won’t be able to set that correctly.

Riding a bike that is too small will make pedalling harder than it needs to be, and the shorter wheelbase and high centre of gravity you will have from the more upright position will make the bike twitchier to ride than I should be.

I would expect that getting a bike of a couple sizes larger would be more comfortable for you to ride.

for casual 500m ride and stop with low gearinch climbing it is okay. but if you plan ride 20km+ flat trip you need longer+riser stem and longer setback seatpost.

  3. Too small. Seat needs to be higher, but it looks like its almost maxed out. When you stand over the bike there should only be 1 inch between your groin and the top tube, or just enough clearance for when you jump off the saddle you dont smash yourself on the top tube. I’d bet you have a few inches of clearance, way too much.
