i have exactly 0 experience in anything mechanic and finally had some time to fix up this old bike but i can’t figure how to remove the wheel to replace the tires. I tried with a wrench and used it on the big bolt thingy idk the name of it but it’s like super super tight, pls help a girl out.

Apply more force to big bolt thingy. Some WD40 or similar may help. A breaker bar plus socket is probably going to be the easiest to give more leverage.
If force is insufficient, apply swearing.
