Gary Fisher Tassajara from the early or mid 90s I think. I used it as a year-round commuter in NYC 15 years ago. Studs in the winter and slicks the rest of the year. Great bike. Strange chainstay brakes.

The strange chainstay brakes are called U-brakes, which are still used on BMX bikes.
