  1. Doesn’t look particularly extreme – but what does the chain look like on the smallest gear, since it’s good to see both extremes.

    if you can buy another box of chain and make it more length. make sure when shift to smallest gear the chain must not rub the rear mech wheels themself.

    it seem too short for me. but shimano cues system might need expensive chain.

  3. The way you’ll know is by having the chain on the gear with the least amount of teeth. You generally want the rear derailleur to be compressed with enough pull on it to keep the chain from rubbing on the derailleur.

    It’s your cable and housing. Every kink or tight turn the cable makes means it is unable to smoothly slide through the housing and you get crappy shifting. The housing to the rear derailleur is also too short.
