Chain length looks good!
A little longer than it needs to be but not *too* long.
My own rule of thumb that nearly always works, feed a chain through and pull the two ends together until you have tension on it, than pull it some more until the links line up for the first time. AKA, the minimum length of chain which puts tension in the derailleur.
