Hey, I wanted to raise my handlebars a bit. It was done deeper back then with bike fitting. Now the spacers don't fit anymore. Did the shop keep the tool then, or am I too stupid for it?
It is a Endurace CF7.

Okay, I think I know how it works. I need to swap the piece between the spacer and the part where the steering wheel was attached. The only problem is that I can’t move the piece that the steering wheel is mounted to.
