I am changing my rear shock to coil while I have it out I want to maintenance these bolts. Should I use grease or anti seize on them or just leave them alone? New to this whole bike maintenance stuff also so forgive me if this is a silly question. I don’t have a bike shop near by.

It’s not a silly question, but it does vary from bike to bike. Generally grease on the shaft, but without knowing what Evil say, I would copy what’s on the bolt already. That is if you remove it and there’s threadlocker residue, then add some.
Usual a very thin smear of grease on the shaft of the bolt (where the bearing sits) and thread locker on the threads. As you don’t want the bolts rattling loose. And do use a torque wrench.
