    You can get washers with grooves that will increase the grip, which would be advisable here.

    No you don’t need a tensioner, if it’s moving then tighten the nut more. It’ll need to be quite tight. The washer may help with that though.

    looks good to me as long as there is about 1/2 in – 1 in of slack in the chain.

    by no means do you m need a chain tensioner but they are handy sometimes!

    yes, absolutely. washers are a must.

    chain tensioner does not hold wheel in place, axle nuts do, at 30-40Nm.

    The axle nuts already look like they are getting rounded, so might as well grab a new set of axle nuts while you are getting serrated washers.

    lastly, looks like your the top of the brake pads are above the top of the rotor. Double check to make sure you have 100% pad contact
