Man what gloves are you using? After like 3/4th hr in the cold I start to debate everything in my head. Like why did I decide to do this haha.

What length is your handlebar stem there? I’m considering going shorter and that looks about right. Just curious about the bike handling also.

And what about shoes? Were those rain oversocks enough? Or did you have trouble? I running my normal shoes with double socks inside and these toe covers, which was not enough in −5°C.
