I had a lapse in judgment & took a designated bike route in Denver…

I can’t tell for sure, is that a pedestrian triggered red light? i saw the 2 cars race to blow through it and the scooter person in opposite lane ignore it as well. I get the feeling this is one of those “locals know you can just ignore it” lights.
