  1. I ride them the direction the tire indicates on the sidewall. For the Cakeeaters, front is forward, rear is reverse.

    Just did my first tire swap and want to make sure I’m good to go before heading out to the trails tomorrow. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone for the replies in advance!

    I think the directional arrows are meaningless on bike tires. As many have ridden hundreds of miles with them wrong and it made zero difference.

    I would probably run them the opposite way that you have them if I were riding all trail conditions (snow, mud, bare), but if you’re riding snow exclusively I would just run them as is and see how they do. I’m sure they will be fine.
