There is a big Menonite community in my wife's hometown. They are really into cycling and often have really awesome and useful bike mods. But this is the best I've ever seen. I dont really know what to say so the pictures will have to do. I believe it is propelled by articulating the handles. I love it and I thought y'all would too.

Looks like it’s hand *and* foot propelled. I can’t quite figure out the steering though.
Mechanism looks like a gazelle from late night tv infomercials – hands and feet – but I only see drive going to the cranks from the feet
