Best of four options: first road bike

Hi all,

I'm still looking for my first road bike to be used in training and my first triathlon (potential Ironman later on). I've been looking on marketplace daily. Are any of these a good deal that I should pull the trigger on? I'm assuming if I buy a used bike I should take it in for a tune up (unless one was done recently). Is there anything I should specifically look for if I go look at them in person?

I’m currently negotiating but if you could leave an expected price that would be great.

-2022 Specialized Allez Sport: "Road Bike, 58 inch, new all condition tires, new specialized seat, pedals, and mirrors"

– 2010 Specialized Tarmac Elite: "With Zipp carbon wheels and shimano ultegra pedals. Outstanding condition, annual maintenance, and low usage"

-2012 Specialized Roubaix Elite:"Shimano Tiagra components with some upgrades, Caron Fiber seat, 105 pedals. Zertz dampening inserts on forks to absorb road vibrations. less than 750 miles on frame.
