I am considering buying this fork from rock shock Rudy from this “meroca bicycle parts “ eBay reseller (can be interesting for others btw) – they claim the product to be original, but no warranty provided.
Price is crazy low compared to new one 260usd vs 600usd like
I am thinking that making a copy of such product should not be worth the effort and kinda trust that they are legit. Am I a fool?

That is your answer….
Probably they got some OEM ones in bulk from a bike manufacturer that didn’t sell them so are discounting them to move. There seem to be a bunch of “Rudy’s” on Ali that are not Rockshox branded so who knows but the cheaper ones from what I’ve seen have a janky bolt for the axel so you may be fine. You can also see what the air spring and damper look like when you get it and compare to a the documentation, Rockshox has great info online.
Meroca is a Chinese bike parts brand, and they have some decent stuff. I’m not sure if they engage in fake copies of other brands. If they have a return policy and you know how to recognize the real product, I’d probably risk it
