idk where else to post this so I thought here was best. so I got this saddle from a trade and it’s a lot more wore in than I was expecting and is sagging quite a bit. I’ve screwed the tensioner about 3/4ths the way and the sag is still there so I was wondering if lacing would help firm the saddle more? i’ve not seen much online on how to do this on a regular b17 and only see the pre hole punched ones

  1. so you can use a leather punch and do this pretty easily. I did on my standard B17 because I felt like it was flaring out too much. Then with it laced up and it felt tight so I took out the laces and now I just ride it with the holes and it’s comfortable
